Starting on January 10th and running every Wednesday throughout the month, this rejuvenating experience is tailored for individuals aged 55 and above.

Strong Minds brings their expertise to promote not only physical health but also mental well-being through these yoga classes.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to explore the benefits of yoga, our 55+ YOGA program at the Bushplane is the perfect opportunity.
