Event Volunteer Application Forms

The Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre is a non-profit organization that holds several events throughout the year.  If you are a student looking to gain some hours for school, a retiree with extra time on your hand or anyone in between, CBHC Events is the perfect place to volunteer some of your time. Volunteers are essential to helping make fundraising events fun, safe and successful. Each event we have comes with different types of volunteer opportunities that are perfect for all types of people.

Volunteer Duties - Easter Pet Extravaganza 2024

Cookie Decorating Helper

You will be helping Jasmine (program coordinator) with cookie decorating. Helping to organize the kids and families and keeping the supplies organized.

Dog Show Helper

You will be helping Tim with people and their dogs.

Games Helper

You will be assisting staff in the game section of the event. You will be helping to get families set up, help them choose a game, clean up and ensure all pieces are back in the appropriate boxes.

Goat Yoga Helper

You will be helping folks who will be attending Goat Yoga

Photographer Support

You will be assisting our photographer in the Children’s Discovery Centre. Help the photographer and clients as needed.

Mini Putt

You will be helping to keep everything organized and ensure everyone gets a chance to play.
