The home show is designed to be a vibrant celebration of local craftsmanship and home decor, offering visitors the chance to explore a wide variety of thoughtfully curated products.
 
From unique furniture and artisanal home accents to eco-friendly decor and custom textiles, the event highlights the creativity of local vendors and makers. 
 
For visitors, it’s an opportunity to gather inspiration, discover new trends, and connect directly with artisans for personalized advice and exclusive offers.
 
For local businesses and crafters, the event provides a platform to showcase their latest creations, build brand awareness, and engage with potential customers or collaborators.
 
Please be aware that only products that align with the theme of the home show will be accepted.
 
Items such as beauty products, jewelry, and clothing will not be considered for the show.  
 
Our primary goal is to showcase local vendors and businesses whose primary craft is home improvement, from building to décor to maintenance.
 
Past involvement in the CBHC’s Annual Holiday Gift & Craft Show is considered, but it is not the sole determining factor. Our objective is to give all qualifying creators an equal chance to participate in our show. 

Selection Process:

 
Applications are open for returning vendors and the public until March 1st. Once all applications are received, a committee will review them. The committee will judge the quality of a vendor’s application on the following: 
  1. Returning vendor in good standing 
  2. Fits into the ‘home show’ theme  
  3. Uniqueness of product. 
  4. Quality of product. 
  5. Quality of booth setup. 
  6. Product type (we strive to limit the number of like products in one show to help maximize vendor sales). 
Once applications are reviewed, our team will do their best to assign spaces to vendors in order of preference on their preferred show date.

Application Process:  

 
Please note that all spaces include one 6 foot table. Vendors Market spaces have enough space for a 2’x2’ floor stand. If your display extends beyond these dimensions, you will be asked to remove it. 
 
To apply: 
  1. Review the map  
  2. Apply using the application form below by March 1st, 2025 
  3. You will receive a confirmation email by March 14th, 2025  
  4. Pay your fee by April 1st, 2025 
Rules: 
  • Applications will be processed by show date and space type requested. We will make every effort to separate types of vendors.  
  • You may list up to 5 spaces in order of preference. If you do not care where your space is located, but instead prefer a space category, then please indicate the category instead. Ex: Mechanic. 
  • All space fees are for both days of the show.  
  • Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You have until April 1st, 2025 to pay your fees. Failure to pay fees on time means you forfeit the space. 
  • No refunds, sale of the vendor space is final.  
  • Prices are subject to HST. 
  • No food vendors  
  • Information tables are not accepted. 
  • Homemade food and beverages will be permitted during the show for personal consumption. No takeout or commercial food may be brought into the center. A pre-purchased vendor lunch combo option will be available – this will be communicated prior to the show. 
  • Your booth must remain open during the entirety of the show: Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm. Failure to meet this requirement could result in rejection of future applications. 
Pricing:  
 
Vendor’s Market – $85.00 (1-6′ table) 
Mechanic – $95.00 (40-50 square feet) 
Engineer – $105.00 (60-80 square feet) 
Co-pilot – $125.00 (100-120 square feet) 
Captain – $145.00 (150-170 square feet) 
Anchor Spot, additional $25.00 
  
Additional 6′ tables – $15 each 
Lattices – $15 each 
All vendor spaces include one 6-foot table.
