(Low – Medium Intensity) We have partnered with Strong Minds to bring you a 4-week 55+ weight training class. Here you will learn the proper technique to lift heavy objects and improve your balance and stability while doing so. Learn exercises that challenge all muscle groups in the body and improve your strength, power and endurance.
