Join us for a 4-week self-defense training workshop with Chris Troch from the SSM International Karate Daigaku. In times of trouble, your best weapon is to be prepared and have a clear head. This program is designed so older adults of varying capabilities will feel confident in their ability to protect themselves. In this 4-week workshop, our experienced instructor will break down the basic components of martial art techniques to equip you with the skills to counter dangerous situations.
