BALANCE & STRENGTH YOGA
(Wednesdays @ 1:30pm – 2:30pm)
Starting January 8th Balance & Strength yoga is back!
Join Strong minds for a program designed to help older adults of all abilities improve their stability and reduce their risk of falling. Strong Minds will guide you through exercises and movements that target key areas of the body, such as the legs, core, and upper body, to help you build strength and stability.
$20 +tax for all 4 classes and $10 for members. Pre-register online or in person.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursdays starting in October 2024. Starting October 1st!
No need to register; visitors can arrive anytime between 1 and 4 to walk around the museum.
We are taking the scenic route starting at the Bushplane Museum and making our way around Ontario.
As an added treat, be sure to visit our rest station, featuring delightful treats crafted by the talented students from White Pines.
