Barriers, Boundaries and Balance: A Celebration of Women in STEM

Boundaries, Barriers and Balance: A Celebration of Women in STEM is a two-day event intended to provide inspiration, motivation, and education and career information to Algoma district students through panel discussions, breakout sessions and information booths. Students will:

• Participate in interactive workshops and activities.
• Explore education and career opportunities in STEM.
• See, meet and hear from accomplished women in STEM fields.
• Collaborate and determine how to effect positive change.
• Feel inspired in an inclusive atmosphere.
